Threads through Revelation

The New Building, Peterborough Cathedral

Tuesday 27th June – Sunday 3rd September 2017

A spectacular display of textile art, showing many images from the Book of Revelation, the last book in the Bible. The pieces are made by Jacqui Parkinson.

This remarkable exhibition is one artist’s interpretation of the last book of the Bible, Revelation.

Enjoy the whole amazing story from prophecies and warnings to a triumphant, breathtaking new creation, presented in dazzling textile artwork. The work is thought to be the largest textile piece by a single artist, ever. And it took more than 12 million stitches!
